PROFILE

SHORT BIOGRAPHY

Mr Nadim an infectious disease researcher with expertise in molecular epidemiology, virology, immunology, and bioinformatics. His research integrates laboratory and computational approaches to investigate the transmission, evolution, and pathogenesis of viral and bacterial pathogens.  He is working in molecular epidemiology of enteric viruses, B cell and T cell mediated immunity, antimicrobial resistance and epidemiology of infectious diseases.

He is highly devoted to the scientific community. He serves as an Academic Editor for PLOS ONE, an Editorial Board Member for BMC Infectious Diseases, and a Review Editor for Frontiers in Microbiology. Besides, he has reviewed more than 150 scientific articles in renowned journals including The Lancet, Nature Medicine, IJID, BMJ Open, Scientific Reports, Plos one, Frontiers in Microbiology, Frontiers in Medicine, Frontiers in Public Health, Frontiers in Virology, Heliyon, Globalization and Health, Journal of Medical Virology, Nutrients, BMJ Public Health, Human Vaccines & Immunotherapeutics, Infectious Diseases of Poverty, International Journal of Surgery, Rapid Reviews\Infectious Diseases by MIT and other journals.
